Job summary

PF Changs China Bistro is hiring for a Server - Takeout or Takeout Specialist in a fast-paced environment. You will take, package, and deliver takeout orders, guide guests through the menu, and ensure a courteous curbside experience.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; we emphasize excellent service and sanitation. Flexible shifts and opportunities to grow within the company are available.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; training provided.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Food Handler’s Card required or obtainable.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Accommodate guests’ needs in a courteous and timely manner.
• Create a great take-out or curbside experience by taking, placing, packaging, labeling, bagging, receiving, and ringing in Guest’s orders.
• Understand the menu to guide guests and answer questions.
• Deliver hospitality by anticipating and exceeding guests' expectations.
• Uphold high sanitation and safety standards.
