Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring immediately for a Server - Takeout or To Go Specialist. This is a full-time or part-time hourly role with the takeout or curbside pickup responsibilities described above. You will greet guests, take orders, package meals, and ensure accuracy and a warm dining experience.

Responsibilities include guiding guests through the menu, answering questions, and maintaining strict sanitation standards while delivering exceptional hospitality for curbside service.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• At least 18 years old.
• Must possess a current Food Handler’s Card, where applicable, or must be able to obtain card.

Responsibilities

• Accommodate guests’ needs in a courteous and timely manner.
• Take, place, package, label, bag, receive, and ring in guest orders for takeout or curbside pickup.
• Guide guests on menu items and be ready to answer questions while delivering hospitality.
• Uphold high sanitation and safety standards.
