Job summary

PF Changs China Bistro is hiring immediately for a full-time or part-time Server - Takeout or To Go Specialist in Georgia. You will take, package, label, bag, and deliver takeout orders while guiding guests through the menu and upholding hospitality and safety standards.

No previous experience required—we train you. Excellent customer service, a valid Food Handler’s Card where required, and flexibility to work varied shifts are needed to create a smooth curbside experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is not required – we will train you.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• At least 18 years old.
• Must possess a current Food Handler’s Card, where applicable, or must be able to obtain card.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Must be able to reach, bend, balance, and transport objects weighing up to 30 lbs. repeatedly during a shift.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.

Responsibilities

• Accommodate guests’ needs in a courteous and timely manner.
• Create a great take out or curbside experience by taking, placing, packaging, labeling, bagging, receiving, and ringing in Guest’s orders.
• Understands the restaurant menu to identify the different menu items for takeout and catering, able to guide guests on choosing menu items, and ready to answer guest’s questions.
• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Uphold our high sanitation and safety standards.
