Job summary

PF Changs China Bistro in Dallas is seeking a Server - Takeout or To Go Specialist to ensure a courteous, prompt takeout experience. You will take, package, label, bag, and process orders, and deliver orders for curbside pickup while guiding guests through the menu.

No prior experience is required—we train you. You must be at least 18, have a Food Handler’s Card where applicable, and be able to lift up to 30 lbs. Flexible shifts and a supportive team await.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• At least 18 years old.
• Current Food Handler’s Card if applicable or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to maintain sanitation and safety standards.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Accommodate guests’ needs in a courteous and timely manner.
• Create a great take-out or curbside experience by handling orders end-to-end.
• Understand menu items to guide guests on takeout and catering options.
• Deliver hospitality that exceeds guests’ expectations.
