Job summary

LSF Chestnut Hill LLC in Chestnut Hill, MA is seeking a Take-Out Specialist to handle take-out orders, greet guests, and ensure accuracy and quality of service in a fast-paced setting.

This role requires basic computer skills, cash handling, and good communication; prior POS experience is preferred. Flexible shifts, a $15.00 hourly wage, and on-site work in a busy restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous work experience in a similar role preferred.
• Working knowledge of Point of Sale systems is preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to handle cash and paperwork accurately.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be able to perform under pressure in a high-volume restaurant setting.
• Must be able to handle guest incidents/complaints.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries courteously.
• Receive, process, and manage takeout and delivery orders.
• Assemble and package orders paying attention to packaging techniques to avoid spills, leaks, or damage during transportation.
• Process payments for takeout orders, including cash, credit/debit, and digital payment methods.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and proper reconciliation of sales at the end of each shift.
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
