Job summary

LSF Chestnut Hill LLC is seeking aTakeout Specialist to handle takeout orders and guest inquiries with courteous communication. You will process orders, assemble meals, and ensure safe packaging for transport. A POS system and basic computer skills are required, along with accurate cash handling and team collaboration.

Preferred candidates will have prior takeout experience in a high-volume setting and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous work experience in similar role preferred.
• Working knowledge of Point of Sale systems is preferred.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries courteously.
• Receive, process, and manage takeout and delivery orders.
• Assemble and package orders paying attention to packaging techniques to avoid spills, leaks, or damage during transportation.
• Process payments for takeout orders, including cash, credit/debit, and digital payment methods.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and proper reconciliation of sales at the end of each shift.
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.

This position handles take-out for our guests; ensures all take-out guidelines, specifications, quality, and service standards are met.
