Job summary

Shogun-Hibachi is seeking a Take-Out Specialist to provide exceptional service for take-out and delivery orders. You will answer calls, take orders in person, and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely fulfillment.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, handling payments, packaging orders securely, and maintaining a clean take-out area. Prior food-service or customer service experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Accurately take phone and in-person orders with all details.

• Process payments and provide receipts with correct change.
• Maintain a clean, organized take-out station.
• Assist with other duties and inventory as needed.
