Qualifications

• 2–7+ years of Heavy Civil construction, estimating, or preconstruction experience.

• Proficiency in Bluebeam and familiarity with AGTEK and HCSS HeavyBid preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for earthwork, grading, and utilities.
• Utilize AGTEK and Bluebeam for accurate calculations and modeling.
• Coordinate bid preparation with estimating and project management teams.
