Qualifications

• 5+ years of estimating experience in Heavy Civil Construction.
• Strong background in earthwork, excavation, grading, and underground utilities.
• Experience preparing quantity takeoffs and production-based estimates.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for mass excavation, grading, site development, and underground utility projects.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and analyze plans, specifications, and geotechnical information.
• Develop labor, equipment, material, and subcontractor pricing.
• Collaborate with operations teams to validate production assumptions and construction approaches.
