Job summary

Responsible for driving profitable sales growth by converting tailor-made enquiries into confirmed bookings, delivering an excellent customer experience and collaborating with Sales, Ecommerce, Supply and Sourcing teams.

You will manage enquiries, provide accurate quotations, and follow up with suppliers to meet 24–48 hour turnaround.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and commercial mindset with ability to convert enquiries into bookings and maximise revenue.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage tailor-made enquiries and quote requests across all brands, providing accurate quotations and proactive follow-up.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure quotation turnaround within 24–48 hours.
• Collaborate with Sales and Ecommerce to identify new business opportunities and grow accounts.
• Proactively generate sales opportunities through outbound calls, lead management, and follow-up.
• Support Sourcing with supplier administration and day-to-day operational activities.
