Job summary

HB Travels is looking for an Online Travel Booking Agent to research, book, and finalize clients' travel plans with a focus on accuracy and service. This remote position supports flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation packages while guiding clients with destination information and expert recommendations.

You will ensure reservations and documents are correct, communicate via phone, email, or online platforms, and provide outstanding service before, during, and after travel.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in travel and customer service.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requests.
• Comfortable using online booking tools and digital platforms.
