You will compare paired responses, label issues with structured tags, and contribute to calibration cycles as a remote contractor.

Qualifications

• Prior evaluation, annotation, or human-rater experience on Tagalog generalist evaluation.
• Ability to apply multi-page rubrics consistently across long batches.
• Clear written reasoning citing rubric clauses being applied.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to flag when a prompt itself is the problem.
• Available asynchronously for at least 10 hours per week.
