AuraOne is seeking a Bilingual Indonesian Psychologist (PhD) for a remote evaluation track. This CONTRACTOR role involves reviewing Indonesian generalist prompts and responses against AuraOne's quality rubric, comparing paired outputs, and providing structured feedback to retrain the model.

Hourly pay is confirmed after interview; US-eligible remote work. The ideal candidate will demonstrate prior evaluation or annotation experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to apply rubrics

Qualifications

• Prior evaluation, annotation, or human-rater experience on Indonesian generalist evaluation or adjacent content for Bilingual Indonesian Psychologist (PhD) work.
• Comfort applying multi-page rubrics consistently across long batches.
• Clear written reasoning that names the issue and the rubric clause being applied.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to flag when a prompt itself is the problem.
• Reliable async availability for at least 10 hours per week.

Responsibilities
