Responsibilities include companionship, personal care per care plans, mobility assistance, light housekeeping, and meal prep. Emphasis on privacy, HIPAA compliance, and clear communication with families and care teams.

Qualifications

• Speaks Tagalog and understands cultural nuances.
• Prior caregiving experience (family or professional) in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Warm, patient, dependable, and kind-hearted.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Follow the client’s plan of care to deliver personal care services as assigned.
• Help with mobility and transferring clients safely from bed to chair, etc.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Offer culturally respectful, language-matched care.
• Report any changes in the client’s condition to the healthcare team or family.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and comply with policies (HIPAA).
• Communicate updates with family and care team.
