Caregiver Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license, insurance, reliable transportation, and clean driving record. Ability to drive to client appointments.
• Preferred 1 year of experience as a PCA, CNA, or Home Health Aide; training provided for right candidates.
• Pass state and federal background check and drug screen.
• Complete Texas and physical examination before starting work. Hire bonus available for related costs.
• Hold current CPR and first‑aid certifications (provided assistance).
• Provide two personal and two professional references.
• Read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Willingness to learn new skills to improve client care.
• Proficient communication and organizational skills.
