Job summary

CareDiem Home Care in Illinois is seeking compassionate caregivers to help clients live safely and independently at home.

We offer ongoing 3- or 4-day live-in positions, flexible scheduling, and supportive office staff. Tagalog speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep, medication reminders, and companionship, with care apps used to clock in and document visits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year caregiving experience required or preferred.
• CNA/HHA certification is preferred but not required.
• Valid ID and work authorization
• TB test, background check, drug screen
• CPR/First Aid training preferred or willing to obtain

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention.
• Prepare meals and light housekeeping.
• Administer medication reminders and monitor safety.
• Offer companionship and supervise safety.
