LV Luxury Jewelers in Las Vegas is seeking a Sales Associate for our standalone TAG Heuer boutique at The Palazzo. You will guide clients through the TAG Heuer collection, meet sales targets and build lasting relationships through thoughtful service and product expertise.

This full-time, on-site role rewards relationship-driven professionals with luxury-timepiece experience, CRM proficiency, and a passion for premium brands.

Qualifications

• At least two years of sales experience in luxury retail or high-end client-facing environments.
• Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence using CRM and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a personalized client experience from first greeting through post-sale follow-up.
• Build and grow a client book, documenting preferences and interactions accurately in Zoho CRM.
• Use consultative selling to recommend TAG Heuer timepieces and achieve boutique sales goals.
• Conduct consistent outreach and follow-up to develop long-term client relationships.
• Explain TAG Heuer brand heritage, craftsmanship, collections and technical features with confidence.
• Keep product knowledge current and participate in brand and boutique training.
• Accurately process sales, special orders, deposits and service transactions.
• Maintain professional presentation, showcase standards and an organized sales floor.
• Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to achieve boutique goals.

You will guide clients through the collection, achieve individual sales goals and build lasting relationships through thoughtful service and product expertise.

LV Luxury Jewelers is a family-owned Las Vegas luxury watch and jewelry retailer. This full-time, on-site role suits a relationship-driven sales professional with a passion for fine timepieces and consistent client follow-up.

What you will do
