Jim Hudson Auto Group is seeking an Automotive Tag and Title Clerk to help process DMV paperwork and manage title documentation. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and ready to handle daily title duties with accuracy and professionalism.

Starting at $16 per hour with potential for higher pay based on experience; offers competitive benefits and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Tag and Title experience a plus.

• Must pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming titles daily from dealerships and match consignor checks to title and invoice.
• Prepare tag and title documents on a timely basis.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
• Record incoming titles daily according to procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve title issues such as odometer discrepancies and power of attorney.
• Maintain confidentiality and support optimum service levels.

Responsibilities - Tag and Title Clerk:

• Accurately process incoming titles daily from dealerships, match the consignor checks daily to the title and invoice.
• Prepare tag and title documents on a timely basis.
• Respond to all customer inquiries in a professional manner.
• Accurately record incoming titles daily according to established procedures
• Troubleshooting and problem resolution specific to titles; odometer discrepancies, power of attorney, etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested to assure optimum service levels.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
