Responsibilities

• Accurately process incoming titles daily from dealerships, match consignor checks daily to the title and invoice.
• Prepare tag and title documents on a timely basis.
• Respond to all customer inquiries in a professional manner.
• Accurately record incoming titles daily according to established procedures.
• Troubleshooting and problem resolution specific to titles; odometer discrepancies, power of attorney, etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested to assure optimum service levels.
