Jim Hudson Auto Group is seeking an Automotive Tag and Title Clerk to support the DMV paperwork process and office staff. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling titles efficiently with accuracy.

Starting at $16 per hour with room for higher pay based on experience, the company offers competitive benefits and a supportive work environment while pursuing career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous Tag and Title experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills demonstrated in professional interactions.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Must pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process incoming titles daily from dealerships and match consignor checks to the title and invoice.
• Prepare tag and title documents on a timely basis.
• Respond to all customer inquiries in a professional manner.
• Accurately record incoming titles daily according to established procedures.
• Troubleshooting and resolving title-related issues (odometer discrepancies, power of attorney, etc.).
• Perform other duties as assigned to ensure optimum service levels.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
