Job summary

HomeTeam Pest Defense is seeking a HomeTeam Installer to service clients across Florida. You will follow a daily route, install the Taexx System in new homes, perform termite treatments, and submit clear service tickets while delivering friendly, professional customer service.

No experience is required as training is provided. You must be 18+ with a HS diploma or GED, hold a valid driver’s license, and be able to obtain termite licensing.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain termite licensing (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily schedule, ensuring timely arrival at each job site.
• Install the Taexx System in new homes and buildings within scheduled route.
• Perform termite treatment services and interact with homebuilders, sub-contractors and field managers to meet deadlines.
• Submit legible, clear and accurate service tickets to office personnel.
• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners while working your route.
• Present a professional, tidy appearance including company truck, equipment, and uniform.
• Maintain your pest control license and attend pest control seminars regularly.
• Stay motivated and focused while working independently.
• Able to work Saturdays to complete installs as needed.
