Job summary

HomeTeam is hiring an Installer to deliver pest control services and install the Taexx built-in system in new homes. You will operate along a scheduled route, ensure on-time arrivals, and maintain a professional appearance while representing the company on site.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; the role requires 18+ with a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain pest control licensing.

Qualifications

• No experience required – training will be provided.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Ability to obtain termite technician or pest control licensing (company paid)

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily schedule, ensuring timely arrival at each job site.
• Install the Taexx System in new homes and buildings within scheduled route
• Perform termite treatment services and interact with homebuilders, sub-contractors and field managers to meet deadlines
• Submit legible, clear and accurate service tickets to office personnel
• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day as you work your route
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform
• Maintain your pest control license and attend pest control seminars regularly
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently
• Must be able to work Saturdays to complete installs according to builder home completion timelines as needed
