Job summary

HomeTeam Pest Defense, Inc. is seeking a Builder Installer (Maintenance) to join our on-site team in Phoenix. You will follow a daily schedule, install Taexx systems in new homes, and perform termite treatments while coordinating with builders and field managers.

We value customer service, professionalism, and independence. No experience is required as training is provided; you must be 18+, have a valid license, and be able to obtain licensing paid by the company.

Qualifications

• No experience required – training will be provided.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain termite technician or pest control licensing (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily schedule, ensuring timely arrival at each job site.
• Install the Taexx System in new homes and buildings within scheduled route.
• Perform termite treatment services and interact with homebuilders, sub-contractors and field managers to meet deadlines.
• Submit legible, clear and accurate service tickets to office personnel.
• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day as you work your route.
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform.
• Maintain your pest control license and keep your knowledge sharp by attending pest control seminars regularly.
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently.
• Must be able to work Saturdays to complete installs according to builder home completion timelines as needed.
