HomeTeam Pest Defense is seeking an entry-level Pest Technician to install the Taexx System in new homes, perform termite treatments, and provide stellar customer service on your route. Training provided; must be 18+, valid driver's license, able to obtain termite license. Saturday work as needed. Competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• No experience required – training will be provided.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Ability to obtain termite technician or pest control licensing (company paid)

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily schedule, ensuring timely arrival at each job site
• Install the Taexx System in new homes and buildings within scheduled route
• Perform termite treatment services and interact with homebuilders, sub-contractors and field managers to meet deadlines
• Submit legible, clear and accurate service tickets to office personnel
• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners on your route
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform
• Maintain your pest control license and attend pest control seminars regularly
• Stay motivated and focused while working independently
• Must be able to work Saturdays to complete installs as needed
