Job summary

Leidos, a premier defense innovator, seeks a Tactical Systems Operator (TSO) Mode Instructor for the Cannon AFB, New Mexico program. You will contribute to a high-impact Military Intelligence initiative and gain exposure to cutting-edge training operations.

A current TS/SCI clearance is required. You will train and certify personnel across Modes 1–3, develop CMCT curriculum, and deliver instruction that ensures operators are mission-ready.

Qualifications

• Current TS/SCI clearance required.
• Experience in ISR/SIGINT training or similar.
• Ability to develop and deliver curriculum for multi-mode instruction.

Responsibilities

• Train and certify personnel across Mode 1, 2, and 3 in accordance with OTT, T&C, and NGW-ITOS standards.
• Deliver high-quality instruction through initial and recertification courses to ensure mission readiness.
• Develop and maintain CMCT curriculum and POI-aligned training materials.
• Leverage TSE Aircrew Training Device for scenario development reflecting real-world environments.
