Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Tactical Systems Operator (TSO) Mode Instructor to help shape the next generation of 361 ISRG operators. You will train across Mode 1–3, deliver initial and recertification courses, and develop CMCT curriculum while aligning with evolving mission requirements.

You will leverage the Tactical Systems Emulator to mirror real-world environments and work with ISRG leadership, coordinating with Intelligence Community partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4-12 years of experience.
• Aircrew background with SIGINT system operation experience.
• Experience supporting high-value target analysis databases.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Deep understanding of the TSO mission and Mode certification process.
• Ability to work independently and within a dynamic team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Train and certify personnel across Mode 1–3 operations per OTT, T&C, and NGWITOS standards.
• Deliver high-quality instruction through initial and recertification courses.
• Develop and maintain CMCT curriculum and POI-aligned training materials.
• Leverage and enhance the Tactical Systems Emulator (TSE) for scenario development.
• Collaborate with TSO subject matter experts to integrate current trends.
• Review and refine TSE scenarios in line with the Syllabus of Instruction.
• Provide ISR and SIGINT instruction as an NSAcertified instructor.
• Monitor and implement certification updates to maintain compliance.
• Serve as liaison between ISRG leadership, squadrons, and IC partners.
• Conduct certification training and evaluations, including scenario-based exercises.
• Develop and deliver advanced TTP training for emerging technologies.
• Assess new technologies and TTPs to support government decisions.
