Job summary

TECHEAD is seeking a highly experienced MOC systems professional in Norfolk, VA to provide operations, maintenance, and on-call support for Navy tactical systems, including GCCS-M/J and related platforms. The role requires TS/SCI clearance and Sec+ certification.

You will develop SOPs, manage information systems for Joint and Coalition operations, and ensure compliance with STIGs while maintaining Linux servers and virtualization environments (Hyper-V, VMware).

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field and 6 years of specific MOC systems experience, or AA/AS in related field 8 years of specific MOC systems experience. In lieu of formal education, 12 years of specific MOC systems experience.
• Subject Matter Expert for GCCS-M/J, MSSIS, MCCIS, AIS/MASS, MIPS, Falcon View, Stone Ghost, Distributed Common Ground System-Navy (DCGS-N), Radiant Mercury, Joint Automated Deep Operations Coordination System (J/ADOCS), Tomahawk Command Control System (TC2S), Tomahawk Strike Network (TSN) and Strike Over Secret-Tunnel (SOS-T). In-depth knowledge of CND compliance requirements for all managed systems.
• In-depth knowledge of the Defense Information Systems Agency published STIG requirements and implementation/compliance process
• In-depth knowledge and experience with server and storage virtualization, i.e. Microsoft Hypervisor and VMware vSphere.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in maintaining Linux Servers and its associated services.
• Must have an active TS/SCI clearance.
• Must have a CompTIA Sec+

Responsibilities

• Provide systems operations and maintenance support for the full array of MOC tactical systems.
• Manage the Information Systems required for Joint and Coalition operations within the CTF-80 AOR
• Develop and update process guides/Standard Operating Procedures.
• Maintain the systems utilized to provide the Maritime Global Common Operational Picture (G-COP) of all Naval forces in support of U.S. Northern Command for Homeland Defense.
• Provide 24x7 on-call technical support as related to operational support of the USFF MOC.
