French Consulting seeks a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist to join the Human Performance Optimization team at Moody Air Force Base, Georgia. The role designs and tests training programs, analyzes performance data, and guides commanders on readiness and rehabilitation strategies.

The position embeds within the DoD framework, requires a master’s degree in a related field, and CSCS with CPR/BLS/AED. Expect a rigorous, mission‑critical environment with a stable Monday–Friday schedule.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in an accredited exercise physiology, exercise science, or health science–related discipline.
• CSCS certification current and maintained.
• American Red Cross CPR/BLS/AED certification current and maintained.
• Sustained experience with elite athlete populations in the past 5 years (3+ years).

Mansioni

• Design and administer strength and conditioning protocols to maximize Airmen performance.
• Develop training programs covering movement, energy systems, strength, endurance, mobility, and power.
• Coordinate and monitor squadron PT, including TDY or deployed requests.
• Collect, analyze, and report performance data; maintain records as Government property.

Formazione
