Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services U.S. seeks a Tactical Site Supervisor in Morrisville, NC. Lead your team, engage clients, and deliver solutions with a hands-on leadership style.

You will oversee security operations, coordinate with the client, and ensure safety across sites while promoting GardaWorld’s standards and values.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to provide documentation.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to pass an extensive screening process.
• First aid certification is an asset.
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience is a plus.
• State license may be required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot suspicious activity.
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas.
• React quickly to threats or incidents.
• Check proper functioning of alarms and cameras.
• Document incidents and actions taken.
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks.
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents.
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property.
