GardaWorld Security Services U.S. is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer - Site Supervisor to monitor CCTV, supervise Security Officers at the site, train staff, and ensure client protocols are followed.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• You must have security supervisor experience
• You must have a valid drivers license
• You must be 21 years or older
• High School Diploma or GED supported by documentation
• Strong report writing and computerskills

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity
• Supervise Security Officers at the site
• Train and schedule Security Officers
• Report to client and GardaWorld management
• Document observed events and incidents with detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure premises safety
• Control access to secure areas and verify visitors' identities
• Analyze security systems for vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in emergencies

As a Security Supervisor – Supervise, train and help make sure client needs and protocals are followed.

• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports

• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications of a Surveillance Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• YOU MUST HAVE SOME SECURITY SUPERVISOR EXPERIENCE
• YOU MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
• YOU MUST BE 21 Y.O.A. OR OLDER
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing and computerskills
• Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills
• Strong proficiency with technology
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
