Job summary

Columbia Technology Partners, Inc. seeks a Tactical SIGINT Systems Engineer Level 2 to support triage and analysis of COMINT/ELINT/FISINT across military platforms. You will refine technical requirements, evaluate U.S.

commercial solutions, and lead system design and integration efforts through the full lifecycle. The role requires active U.S. citizenship, DOD 8570 certification, and the ability to work with multi-national teams on complex sensor programs from requirements through delivery and

Qualifications

14 years of Tactical SIGINT Systems Engineer experience on military platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline from an accredited institution.
5 additional years of relevant systems engineering experience may substitute for the degree.

Responsibilities

Triage and analyze tactical SIGINT requirements, CONOPS, and data flow to define system requirements.
Lead design, architecture development, and integration activities across the system lifecycle.
Guide engineering documentation including FRDs, ICDs, specs, and JCIDS artifacts.
Coordinate multinational technical efforts to resolve capability and system issues.
Develop and evaluate system concepts, architectures, and risk/feasibility analyses.
Provide technical leadership across testing, implementation, and sustainment.
