Job summary

Columbia Technology Partners, Inc. seeks a Telecommunication Technical Analyst 3 to support advanced SIGINT operations in a mission-focused environment.

You will apply deep telecom knowledge and lead collection activities, working with stakeholders across the Intelligence Community. The role requires extensive experience with modern digital and SIGINT systems, strong problem-solving, and the ability to mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience supporting SIGINT systems or closely related environments.
• 7+ years with modern digital, optical, internet, or telephony systems and protocols.
• Hands-on experience in collection system tasking, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of the U.S. SIGINT System and intelligence operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate, configure, test, demonstrate, and train users on SIGINT collection systems.
• Optimize and task collection resources to support mission requirements.
• Conduct analyses and evaluations of telecommunications systems and mission needs.
• Configure customer collection systems and troubleshoot data flow issues.
• Collaborate with IC partners to validate requirements and improve outcomes.
• Generate assessments, reports, metrics, and technical products.
