Job summary

Columbia Technology Partners seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to design, operate, and sustain mission-critical RF and SIGINT environments across hybrid Linux/Windows infrastructures. You will contribute across the full system lifecycle, from intake to processing, using platforms like DRT, NiFi, ONEROOF, DARKQUEST, and FORNSAT.

The role requires extensive systems engineering experience, DoDAF-aligned design practices, and collaboration with government customers on accreditation and lifecycle

Qualifications

• 14 years of systems engineering experience on large programs.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; substitution allowed with 5 years of additional experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Linux- and Windows-based systems for RF/SIGINT missions.
• Translate CONOPS and designs into system requirements and specs.
• Architect end-to-end solutions across hardware, software, and networking.
• Create and manage system plans, interfaces, and traceability matrices.
• Lead integration, test, verification, and validation for complex platforms.
• Provide guidance during design reviews and program discussions.
• Collaborate with Government customers on risk, performance, and accreditation.
