Qualifications

• 2 years of security supervision experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old and authorized to work in the US.
• Valid driver's license and HS Diploma/GED required.
• BSIS Guard Card and 32hr BSIS trainings an asset.
• First aid certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicle from office in Burbank.
• Oversee inspections, training, and scheduling across accounts.
• Patrol downtown LA to San Fernando Valley areas.
• React promptly to threats or incidents.
• Lead recruiting of new supervisors and promote SROs.
• Ensure 100% shift coverage and compliance with standards.
