Qualifications

• 2 years of security supervisor experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Ensure officers are relieved for breaks on time.
• Patrol sensitive areas to spot suspicious activity.
• React quickly to threats or incidents.
• Oversee inspections, training, and scheduling.
• Develop staffing schedules with MSS/CSMs/PMs.
• Recruit and promote Supervisors and SROs.
• Fill account posts for shifts when needed.
• Model GardaWorld values and high performance.
• Achieve 100% shift coverage and staffing levels.
• Learn company software for onboarding and scheduling.
