GardaWorld Security Services in the Los Angeles area seeks a Security Branch Patrol Supervisor to oversee tactical operations across downtown LA to San Fernando Valley. You will lead shift coverage, supervise officers, and ensure GardaWorld standards while delivering patrol services for designated accounts.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of security supervision, a valid driver’s license, and BSIS Guard Card with 32-hour trainings; willingness to work overnights and weekends; and a

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• BSIS Guard Card and 32hr trainings preferred.
• First aid certification is an asset.
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Experience in Security/Military/Law Enforcement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicle from the office in Burbank.
• Oversee inspections, scheduling and staffing for assigned accounts.
• Patrol sensitive areas and react quickly to threats.
• Lead and recruit, promote supervisors and SROs.
• Ensure 100% shift coverage and compliance with standards.

As a Security Supervisor Officer – Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.

Responsibilities of Tactical Security Branch Patrol Supervisor

• Drive company vehicle from office in Burbank
• Become proficient in all company software systems related to onboarding, scheduling, and financial operations.
• Cover area of downtown Los Angeles to San Fernando Valley
• Perform site and officer inspections
• Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Oversee inspections, training, and scheduling to ensure smooth daily operations across assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with MSS, CSMs, Project Managers, and Site Supervisors to develop and manage staffing schedules and fill open shifts.
• Provide hands-on leadership, including recruiting new supervisors and promoting Special Response Officers (SROs) for career advancement.
• Tactical Engagement: Occasionally fill account posts for specific shifts and deliver patrol services to designated accounts.
• Foster a culture of servant leadership and employee engagement by modeling the company’s core values and promoting high performance standards.
• Achieve key goals, such as 100% shift coverage, regular personnel inspections and training, and recruiting to maintain full staffing levels.
• Ensure 100% compliance with GardaWorld’s mandatory requirements and operational standards.

Qualifications of Security Branch Patrol Supervisor

• 2 years security Supervision experience
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• You have a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32hr BSIS security trainings (Additional security trainings can be obtained during the hiring process).
• First aid certification is an asset
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
