GardaWorld Security Services U.S. in Peoria, IL is seeking a Tactical Security Ambassador. The role focuses on reading environments, anticipating risks, and acting quickly.

You will patrol diverse settings like retail stores and airports, maintaining security integrity throughout your shift. Part-time 3rd shift, hours 10p.m.–6a.m., with a $19 per hour wage and DailyPay option. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process.
• First aid certification is an asset.
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• State license if required.
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot suspicious activity.
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas.
• React quickly to threats or incidents.
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras.
• Document incidents and actions taken.
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks.
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

As a Security Officer – Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.

• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• First aid certification is an asset
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
• You be able to operate a motor vehicle
