Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services U.S. in St. Louis, MO is hiring a Tactical Security Ambassador. You will patrolling various environments, reading surroundings, and mitigating risks during your shift.

Position is full-time with 2nd shift hours (2:30 p.m.–10:30 p.m.) across shifts 1–4, four openings, and a starting hourly wage of $22.63. GardaWorld offers a comprehensive benefits package, uniform provided, and career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot suspicious activity

• Check proper functioning of alarms and cameras
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents

As a Security Ambassador – Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.

  • Shift 3: Full time, Sunday through Thursday, 2nd shift, 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
  • Shift 4: Full time, Sunday through Wednesday, 2nd shift, 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Qualifications of Tactical Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• First aid certification is an asset
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
