GardaWorld Security Services U.S. in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Tactical Security Officer – Distribution. You will patrol assigned areas, read environments, and respond to incidents during a 12:00pm–8:00pm shift on weekends, earning $22.00 per hour.

The role requires ability to stand and walk through the shift, pass background checks, and deliver reliable access control, with benefits including medical plans, 401(k), PTO, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass screening.
• Must have a HS diploma or GED.
• Able to stand and walk for entire shift.
• First aid certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity.
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas.
• React quickly to threats or incidents.
• Check alarms and cameras for proper function.
• Document incidents and actions taken.
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks.
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents.
• Ensure safety and protection of people and property.
