GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Tactical Security Officer to patrol environments such as retail stores, airports, and detention centers in Phoenix, AZ. You will read environments, anticipate risk, and act to protect people and property.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to provide verification.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must pass an extensive screening process.
• First aid certification is an asset.
• Ability to stand and walk for the full shift.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus.
• State license if required.

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity.
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas.
• React quickly to threats or incidents.
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras.
• Document incidents and actions taken.
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks.
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
