GardaWorld Security Services in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Tactical Security Officer to monitor environments, deter risk, and respond to incidents. The role requires staying alert during patrols at retail stores, airports, and detention centers, with a focus on environment reading and risk anticipation.

You will patrol, verify access, cooperate with law enforcement on serious incidents, and ensure safety of people and property.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Able to pass extensive screening process
• First aid certification is an asset
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot suspicious activity
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
