Qualifications

• Former military pilot with tactical aviation experience.
• Strong leadership, initiative, ownership, integrity, and sound judgment.
• Ability to support demanding tactical flight operations while contributing to broader organizational priorities.
• Ability to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances, installation access, and/or airport credentials.

Responsibilities

• Lead tactical flight operations while aligning with company priorities.
• Develop and mentor personnel across departments.
• Contribute to flight operations, standardization and evaluation, and instructor development.
