The candidate should have military flight experience, strong mentoring skills, and the ability to manage demanding missions while complying with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Former military pilot with tactical aviation experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, initiative, ownership, integrity, and sound judgment.
• Ability to support demanding tactical flight operations while contributing to broader organizational priorities.
• Ability to maintain all qualifications, medical certifications, training, and currency required for assigned aircraft and missions.
• Ability to comply with company procedures, contractual requirements, and applicable federal aviation and defense regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor personnel and collaborate across departments.
• Availability to work full time and support schedules that may include travel and irregular hours based on operational requirements.
• Ability to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances, installation access, and/or airport credentials as required.

Responsibilities

• Support demanding tactical missions and flight operations.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to advance programs and initiatives.
• Contribute to standardization, evaluation, and safety programs.
• Assist in business development, customer relations, and training system development.
• Lead by example and mentor junior pilots and staff.
