Job summary

RAVN Group is seeking former military pilots to continue flying tactical aircraft while helping shape the future of the company. This Full-Time Pilot & Company Builder role blends flying with leadership, initiative, and operational expertise across the organization.

The position may contribute to flight operations, standardization and evaluation, instructor development, safety programs, program management, business development, and executive leadership. Travel and irregular hours are possible.

Qualifications

• Former military pilot with tactical aviation experience.
• Strong leadership, initiative, ownership, integrity, and sound judgment.
• Ability to support demanding tactical flight operations while contributing to broader organizational priorities.
• Maintain all qualifications, medical certifications, training, and currency for assigned aircraft and missions.
• Compliance with company procedures, regulatory requirements and security protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor across departments.
• Availability for full-time work with travel and irregular hours as required.

Responsibilities

• Support demanding tactical flight operations and contribute to broader organizational priorities.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and organizational development across departments.
• Contribute to flight operations, standardization and evaluation, instructor development, safety programs, and program management.
• Engage in business development, customer relations, and training system development where appropriate.
• Lead special projects and growth initiatives within the aviation programs.
