Job summary

Southeastern-Comp-Consultants-Inc seeks a Network Administrator to support Gun Weapon Systems (GWS) networking for Navy environments in Dahlgren, VA. You will design, test, and configure network devices across afloat and lab settings, while adhering to release schedules and cybersecurity requirements.

Responsibilities include security assessments, DoD STIG alignment, and collaboration with cybersecurity and systems teams.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen with an active Secret clearance.
• Four years of hands-on LAN/WAN/network support experience.
• IAT Level II or higher certifications preferred (Security+ CE, CISSP, SSCP, CASP, GSEC).
• Experience applying DoD STIGs and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, test, and configure GWS network devices for afloat and lab environments.
• Adhere to the Software Release Schedule and support CI/CD processes.
• Implement automated networking where possible and support agile development cycles.
• Perform security assessments and report results; help mitigate findings.
