Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Friendly, outgoing and helpful demeanor.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus; training provided.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible shift hours, 7 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and assist with inquiries.
• Answer questions on price, fabric type, specs and usability.
• Upsell and recommend add-on items.
• Arrange displays and merchandise to promote sales.
• Replenish stock and monitor floor inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderly store appearance.
• Process paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Provide contract/specification information for products.
