Job summary

US Patriot Tactical seeks a Retail Sales Associate to match soldiers and airmen with the best brands. You will engage customers on the sales floor, handle transactions, answer queries, and help customers choose products to meet their needs.

You will greet customers, upsell, set up displays, replenish stock, and maintain a clean store environment while handling paperwork efficiently. Training provided for prior retail experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Friendly, outgoing, and helpful demeanor.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus We will train.
• Must be able to work with a minimum amount of supervision in high-pressure situations.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Ability to handle merchandise throughout the store up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work flexible shift hours, 7 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer promptly and in a timely manner, and be alert and responsive to all customer needs.
• Answer customers’ inquiries including price, quality, fabric type, specifications, and usability.
• Upsell customers on other products and add-on items.
• Set up advertising displays and folds, and arrange merchandise to promote sales.
• Replenish merchandise and monitor floor stock for inventory.
• Complete all paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Provide information regarding contract specifications and products.
• Handle irate customers professionally and courteously.
• Assist with answering product questions over the phone.
