Job summary

Thrive Therapies is seeking an Occupational Therapist to support K-12 students in school-based settings. You’ll help students participate, grow, and thrive as part of a multidisciplinary team that leverages AI-supported documentation tools.

Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing functional IEP goals, delivering individual and small-group therapy, and collaborating with families, teachers, and specialists to ensure comprehensive student progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program
• NBCOT certification (OTR) in good standing
• Active state OT license, or documented initiation of licensure transfer
• Knowledge of IDEA, the IEP process, and the educational model of occupational therapy
• School-based experience, sensory integration training, and experience with AAC or assistive technology preferred

Education
