IMGR&C is seeking a Cook – Action Station for all Food & Beverage Outlets. The cook will prepare all food items for a station following recipes and prep lists, while maintaining a clean workstation and adhering to hospitality standards.

Responsibilities include operating kitchen equipment, ensuring fresh ingredients, rotating stock, and providing prompt guest service. The role requires teamwork, reliability, and compliance with safety and regulatory policies.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Must supply own working tools.
• Mescalero Apache Tribal preference; bicultural experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares all food items according to prep list and recipes daily.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary station area.
• Operates kitchen equipment in assigned station.
• Inspects freshness, expiration dates and temperatures.
• Uses First In-First Out rotation technique.
• Uses proper cooking techniques required for assigned station.
• Reports any food/beverage not of usable quality to Supervisor before discarding.
• Checks stock daily and rotates products.
• Cleans workstation for next shift.
• Communicates needs/workload to next shift.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Adheres to all regulatory, departmental and casino policies and procedures.
• Interacts with guests in accordance to IMGR&C standards on guest hospitality.
