KBP Bells, part of KBP Brands, is hiring an Assistant General Manager for our Taco Bell team in New York. You will oversee daily operations, lead a diverse team, ensure top service, and uphold safety, cleanliness, and quality standards to deliver memorable dining experiences.

You will manage labor and food costs, coach staff, and resolve issues during shifts, with opportunities for growth within the KBP Brands family. Must be 18+, with 1+ year in a similar role and ability to work closing shifts.

• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.

What You Bring To The Table

• At least one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail, with profit and loss responsibility (quick service experience preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

Compensation

Employees are entitled to compensation commensurate with skill and experience. The exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, location, and other factors permitted by law and will be discussed during the hiring process. The expected starting compensation ranges for new hires in this position is $17.00 per hour - $20.00 per hour.
